Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of raw datasets for analysis.
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.
- Perform basic data research to identify trends and anomalies in business metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand data requirements.
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and learn best practices for data governance.
- Conduct preliminary statistical analysis to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data simply.
- Willingness to learn SQL, Python, or R during the training period.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
