Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess raw data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can influence business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Assist in the creation of clear, concise documentation and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with SQL and the ability to write basic queries and joins.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new programming languages (Python or R) and visualization software.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to a diverse audience.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract and clean datasets using SQL and Excel to prepare for analysis.
