Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure accuracy and completeness for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create visual data reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and help identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
- Participate in Training: Actively engage in our internal training programs to master SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent work experience. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) is required. Experience with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory as training is provided.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in data and ensure high-quality output.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A logical mindset with the ability to think critically about complex datasets.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
