Responsibilities
- Support Data Collection: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity.
- SQL & Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract specific data for analysis and reporting.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and trend identification to support business decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data trends and insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Learning Agility: A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and analytical methodologies.
