Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, concise, and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and support business intelligence needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization: Basic to intermediate experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality and interpretation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
