Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and tickets using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel).
- Assist in the investigation and triage of potential security incidents.
- Perform basic vulnerability assessments and system scans.
- Update security documentation, runbooks, and configuration records.
- Support penetration testing activities and report findings.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to improve incident response protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and basic scripting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
