Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for suspicious activity
- Assist in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
- Document security incidents and contribute to incident response procedures
- Perform security audits of systems and applications following established guidelines
- Collaborate with senior analysts to develop security awareness training materials
- Stay updated on emerging threats and cybersecurity best practices
- Participate in security drills and tabletop exercises
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
