Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure workstations, servers, and cloud solutions
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and maintain system integrity
- Document technical processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
