Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 workstations and cloud applications
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and monitor security protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Support cloud infrastructure including Azure and Office 365
- Conduct system upgrades and patch management
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with VPN, remote access, and endpoint security
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Relevant associate degree or equivalent technical certification
