Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Manage and maintain computer workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Administer and troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and security protocols.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or technical support.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tickets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
