Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform regular system backups, security updates, and patch management.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to implement new technologies and improve system performance.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
- On-call rotation support for critical system outages.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with basic network administration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote and hybrid setting.
