Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for end-users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows 10/11) and productivity software.
- Respond to and track service tickets in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk) within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement IT security policies and best practices.
- Perform regular system backups and maintenance checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
