Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Configure and support Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN access.
- Perform regular maintenance on workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Log and track all support tickets using the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Collaborate with the network team to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional IT support experience.
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or Network+ is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
