Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure and maintain Windows workstations and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
- Assist with network troubleshooting and security patching.
- Maintain accurate ticket records in our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Onboard new employees with hardware setup and software installation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
