Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wireless network infrastructure.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and change logs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 lbs) as required.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a strong plus.
