Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support.
- Ensure data security and backup systems are functioning correctly.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports for future reference.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional IT Support experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
