Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across 200+ endpoints
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk tickets in Jira
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security solutions
- Train end-users on new technologies and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365 Certified
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP
- Experience with Service Desk tools (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
