Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for employees in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain computer workstations, printers, and network peripherals.
- Configure and deploy operating systems and applications to meet business requirements.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Monitor and maintain network security and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement infrastructure improvements and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional IT helpdesk or desktop support experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
