Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and cloud services
- Document all technical procedures, solutions, and inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT best practices
- Deliver user training on new systems and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019) and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Certification in Azure or AWS is highly desirable
