Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain company workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to improve system performance and security.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Certification preferred (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
