Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of IT assets, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure and set up new workstations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to troubleshoot server and infrastructure problems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
- Perform regular system updates and security patches to maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or Help Desk roles.
- CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).
