Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Windows/macOS deployments, updates, and security patches
- Diagnose and resolve user problems via remote support and on-site assistance
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and monitor system health
- Train staff on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services (O365)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, networking, and software issues
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
