Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
- Manage and resolve IT service tickets within established SLAs using Jira or ServiceNow.
- Perform regular system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workstations and accounts.
- Collaborate with the network team to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
