Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions
- Monitor system health and implement security protocols
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Train end-users on technology best practices
- Execute system backups and disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
