Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Document IT processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
- Conduct regular system backups, security patches, and compliance checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Excellent customer service with ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
