Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices
- Monitor system health and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
