Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve system outages with minimal downtime
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Support cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN solutions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
