Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security patches and system updates.
- Conduct end-user training sessions to improve technology adoption.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
