Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage help desk tickets with SLA adherence using ServiceNow
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and cloud applications
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including patch management and access controls
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service escalations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication skills with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours during system outages
