Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) and on-premise solutions
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for critical systems
- Document SOPs, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system migrations
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technology training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization (VMware)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional communication skills
