Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (laptops, printers) and software (Microsoft Office, SaaS applications) issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's Active Directory and user access permissions.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner, prioritizing critical issues and documenting all resolutions.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, setting up workstations and accounts.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to identify and resolve network connectivity and security issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical degree preferred.
