Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve incoming Help Desk tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets and hardware.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Train end-users on new software applications and security best practices.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of professional IT support or Help Desk experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is preferred; Security+ or Network+ a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity and hardware failures.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
