Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enforce security protocols and patch management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical training is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Support roles.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP, and DNS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
