Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve desktop issues, printer malfunctions, and application errors efficiently.
- Network Management: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure seamless operations.
- User Support: Deliver exceptional Tier 2/3 support via phone, email, and in-person, acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.
- Security & Compliance: Manage user access, enforce security protocols, and conduct regular audits to protect company assets.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations to streamline future support efforts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional IT support experience in a corporate environment.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote access tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
