Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments with 95% first-call resolution rate
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (O365, AWS) for 500+ users
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access management
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems
- Create documentation for SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and IT asset inventories
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service-level agreements
- Provide onboarding/offboarding support with automated provisioning workflows
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Azure fundamentals
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms for ticket management
- Strong understanding of GDPR/CCPA compliance frameworks
- Excellent written/verbal communication with ability to translate technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
