Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems with standardized images
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support/help desk roles
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
