Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via remote and onsite channels
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and virtualization
- Strong understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
