Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets via ServiceNow with SLA adherence
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 endpoints using SCCM/Intune
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Support cloud infrastructure including Azure and O365 environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS systems
- Experience with VoIP systems (Cisco preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with ITIL framework best practices
