Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Directory
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems and peripheral devices
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems
- Create and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (O365, Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
