Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/BMC)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
