Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Manage and maintain Windows/macOS systems, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with minimal supervision
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system deployments
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration and Azure/Office 365
- Strong experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
