Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Windows/Linux environments
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including VPN, MFA, and endpoint protection
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system documentation
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues
- Train staff on IT best practices and security awareness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware installations
