Your Mission: Provide exceptional technical support and maintain the integrity of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via our ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve complex computer problems, including printers, VPN configurations, and operating system errors.
- Manage and maintain desktop environments, ensuring Windows 10/11 updates and security patches are applied efficiently.
- Assist in the configuration, deployment, and imaging of new hardware and software for incoming employees.
- Document technical solutions and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for internal teams.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve IT infrastructure and enhance the overall user experience.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT Support or Help Desk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
