Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions including EDR and MDM
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Implement disaster recovery plans and conduct periodic testing
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux administration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
