Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 150+ employees across hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure including Azure environments
- Deploy and maintain cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and VPN access
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty management, and SLA compliance
- Lead IT projects including device refresh cycles and software rollout initiatives
- Monitor system health using Nagios and Splunk with proactive issue resolution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/Linux environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure fundamentals
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Experience with ITIL framework and ticketing systems (Jira/Zendesk)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues including VPN and Wi-Fi
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site equipment transport
