Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 150+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, VPN, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365)
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (EPP/EDR)
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for IT processes
- Collaborate with vendors on hardware/software implementations
- Support AV systems and conference room technology
- Lead incident response for security events
- Onboard/offboard employees with full asset lifecycle management
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows/macOS proficiency
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITSM best practices
- Familiarity with FedRAMP or DoD compliance standards preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware deployments
