Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS environments across 200+ endpoints
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve escalated technical challenges
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Support audio/video conferencing systems and meeting room tech
- Implement security protocols and patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365 Certified
- Experience with Service Desk tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Preferred: Azure AD, Intune, or VMware experience
