Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain Windows/macOS environments and Active Directory infrastructure
- Deploy and configure cloud solutions including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with IT standards
- Train end-users on technology best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS applications
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and ITSM frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- Effective communication skills and customer service orientation
