Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across 500+ endpoints
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and vulnerability patching
- Document SOPs and create technical documentation for knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Lead hardware refresh cycles and system migrations
- Monitor ticket queues with SLA adherence (avg. resolution time <4hrs)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Experience with helpdesk systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote access tools
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
