Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 hardware/software troubleshooting for Windows/macOS systems
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Deploy and maintain network security protocols including VPN/firewall systems
- Execute endpoint management via SCCM and Intune solutions
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
- Lead IT projects including workstation refresh cycles and system migrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in corporate IT support environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
